The colour scheme on the left uses javascript to change the colour of the borders and the header picture. If your browser does not have javascript enabled this will not work.
When using Microsoft Internet Explorerer javascript can be enabled by going to Tools>Internet Options. Click advanced and scroll down to security and check 'Allow active content to run in files on My computer.
When using Opera go to Tools>Preferences. Click advanced and content and check Enable Javascript.
In Firefox go to Tools>Options, click on content and Enable Javascript.
